  • Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

    Yes, on a case by case basis and there may be a premium fee charged for an appointment outside of business hours.
  • Do you offer virtual services to clients outside Virginia?

    All services are provided only to clients located in Virginia.

IMMIGRATION PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS

  • Are immigration evaluations offered in person or virtually?

    All immigration evaluations are conducted 100% virtually for your convenience, privacy, and comfort.

  • Do you speak with my attorney?

    Yes. With your consent, we communicate directly with your attorney to ensure your evaluation aligns with their legal strategy and timeline.

  • How long does the immigration evaluation process take?

    Most evaluations include a 1.5–2 hour interview plus questionnaires. Reports are completed within 7–14 days unless a rush option is selected.
  • Do you offer rush or expedited evaluations?

    Yes. Expedited appointments and reports are available for urgent legal deadlines.
  • Do you provide interpreters?

    Yes. Interpreter services are available for an additional fee.
  • What types of immigration evaluations do you provide?

    Hardship (I-601, I-601A, I-212), VAWA, U-Visa, and Asylum evaluations.
  • Do you complete evaluations for children?

    Yes. We provide evaluations for both adults and children as part of family-based immigration cases.
  • Will you testify if needed?

    Testimony is rarely requested but can be arranged for an additional fee.

ASAP / SUBSTANCE USE ASSESSMENTS

  • Are ASAP assessments virtual or in person?

    ASAP assessments must be completed in person.
  • How soon can I schedule?

    Same-day or next-day scheduling is available whenever possible.
  • How long does the assessment take?

    Most assessments take 60–90 minutes.
  • What documents should I bring?

    License, DMV compliance letter, court paperwork, and any ASAP documents provided.
  • Do you submit paperwork to ASAP?

    Yes. Documentation is submitted directly to ASAP or the referring agency.
  • Is the process judgment-free?

    Absolutely. Our approach is respectful, supportive, and confidential.

ADULT OUTPATIENT THERAPY

  • Do you accept insurance?

    We are a self-pay practice. Superbills are available for reimbursement requests.
  • Are sessions virtual or in person?

    You may choose either option.
  • What concerns do you treat?

    Anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, transitions, emotional overwhelm, and personal growth.
  • How long are sessions?

    Typically 50–55 minutes.
  • Is therapy confidential?

    Yes. Your privacy is protected at all times.

TEEN ANXIETY & PARENT COACHING

  • What ages do you work with?

    Teens ages 12–17.
  • Are sessions virtual or in person?

    Parents may choose virtual or in-person sessions for both themselves and their teen.
  • What issues do you help with?

    Anxiety, emotional regulation, perfectionism, overwhelm, and school-related stress.
  • Do you work with teens in crisis?

    No. Teens in crisis or with active suicidal ideation will be referred to a higher level of care.
  • Do parents participate?

    Yes. Parent coaching is a core part of the program.
  • Do you offer packages?

    Yes. Six-session packages are available for both parent coaching and teen sessions.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION

  • Who do you supervise?

    Residents pursuing LPC or LSATP licensure in Virginia.
  • Do you offer group supervision?

    Yes. Small-group and individual supervision are available.
  • Are sessions virtual or in person?

    Both options are available.
  • Do you review documentation and provide case consultation?

    Yes. Supervision includes documentation support, ethical guidance, and case conceptualization.
